Belissimo Bespoke (“Belissimo Bespoke,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website https://belissimobespoke.ae (the “Site”) and provides bespoke and made-to-measure tailoring, alteration, and related fitting services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you visit our Site or use our Services

a) Information you provide directly

Contact and enquiry form (Contact Us page): full name, email address, phone number (optional), product preference, selected service, preferred appointment time, and any comments or details you choose to share.
Appointment / fitting bookings, including for VIP Home & Office fittings: name, contact details, home or office address, and preferred timing.
Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
WhatsApp / phone communications: if you contact us via the WhatsApp link or by phone, we receive your phone number and the content of your messages or calls.
Measurements and styling preferences: fabric, fit, design, and body measurement details you share with our tailors during consultations, fittings, or via any measurement forms, in person or online.
Billing and payment details: billing information, such as your name and contact details, and payment details where applicable, when you engage our tailoring or alteration services. Invoicing and payment are handled through offline or other channels — such as in person, bank transfer, or WhatsApp — rather than through the Site. We do not process or store payments through the Site itself.
Correspondence: any information you provide when you email us, message us on social media, or otherwise communicate with us.

b) Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we (and service providers acting on our behalf) may automatically collect:

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “UAE PDPL”), personal data may generally be processed with the consent of the data subject, except where processing without consent is permitted under Article 4. Where we rely on your consent — for example, for our newsletter or marketing communications — that consent will be specific, clear, and easy to withdraw at any time, in line with the requirements for valid consent set out in Article 6, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Article 4 lists a number of cases in which processing without consent is permitted. The ones most relevant to our Services are:

Article 4(9) — Performance of a contract: processing necessary to perform a contract to which you are a party, or to take measures at your request to conclude, amend, or terminate a contract — for example, arranging a consultation or fitting, or providing the tailoring or alteration services you have requested.

We may provide tailoring, alteration, or fitting services to individuals under 18, provided they are accompanied by, and the service is arranged by, a parent or legal guardian. In these cases, we collect a minor’s personal data (such as measurements and styling preferences) only with the involvement and consent of the accompanying parent or guardian, and only for the purpose of providing the requested service.

We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from a minor independently of a parent or guardian — for example, through the Site’s contact form, newsletter sign-up, or unaccompanied communications. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data without the involvement of a parent or guardian, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
